The Carletti Group develops and produces a wide variety of chocolate and candy products that are marketed and sold to consumers through retailers. We also produce special toll manufacturing for other operators in the market as well as private label products.
Our products are also sold to the food industry world wide, where they are used in various applications – for instance the use of our chocolate lentils in bakery, ice cream and dairy products.
The Carletti Group consists of the parent company Carletti A/S with headquarters and factory in Skoedstrup , close to Aarhus, a second factory in Vejle in Denmark and the subsidiaries Carletti Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland, Makua Foods with the liquorice factory Makulaku Lakritsa and the sales company Impuls Tukku in Finland.
Carletti is owned 100% by the family-owned Danish Givesco Group.
Carletti is a Danish chocolate and candy producer that originally started as a small wholesale company. The business grew and started its own chocolate and candy production.
Today, Carletti produces and sells a wide variety of chocolate and candy products through retailers for private consumers – primarily in Denmark and Northern Europe. In addition, we have an assortment of dragee products for industrial use in bakery, ice cream and dairy products.
Carletti has three production facilities, two located in Denmark and the third in Poland. All factories are certified to international standards to ensure the highest level of food safety.
All our production sites are IFS (International Food Standard) certified and/or BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance) certified.
These certifications are very highly respected standards that define strict requirements concerning food safety, quality, building layout, hygiene, employee conduct, etc., and we are proud to have obtained them.
We have the option to produce products with Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa and we only use RSPO certified palm oil.
Our strategy to reduce carbon footprint has now been validated by SBTi (Science Based Target initiative). Carletti commits to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions 42 percent by 2030.

From 2027 onwards, ISM is being restructured and will, for the first time, unite all sections of the international sweets and snacks industry under one strong, joint umbrella brand.
With ISM, ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing, a clearly structured trade fair trio will emerge that represents the entire value chain – from raw materials and ingredients, innovative production and packaging solutions, through to the finished product. The new alignment creates greater orientation, stronger synergies and a coherent, inspiring trade fair experience for the exhibitors and the trade visitors.
